1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Sleepy (“App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. The App is operated by Yasir Mohiuddin (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. This is processed by our authentication provider (Supabase) to create and manage your account.
• Health data: If you grant permission, we access sleep data from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android)—such as sleep start/end times and duration—only to calculate your Sleep Score and show your sleep history in the App. This data is used as described in the in‑app permission screens.
• Profile and preferences: Information you provide in the App (e.g. age range, health and activity preferences, preferred bedtime, notification time) is stored to personalize your experience and longevity insights.
• Sleep and streak data: Sleep scores, history, and streak information may be stored on your device and, if you have an account, may be stored on our servers to sync your data.
• Subscription and purchase data: To manage in‑app subscriptions we use RevenueCat and Superwall. They may collect device and purchase‑related information in accordance with their privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to provide the App (sleep scores, history, longevity estimates), to manage your account and preferences, to process subscriptions, and to improve the App. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Storage and Third‑Party Services

• Supabase: Account and profile data; see Supabase’s privacy policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase processing; see RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
• Superwall: Paywall presentation and related analytics; see Superwall’s privacy policy.
• Apple / Google: Sign‑in and, where applicable, health and purchase services; governed by their respective policies.
